Changes to Board Composition
Great Portland Estates plc (the "Company" or "GPE") announces that Alison Rose does not intend to seek re-election at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held in July 2023. Alison will formally step down from the Board at the conclusion of the AGM.
GPE Chair, Richard Mully, said:
